Alan JacksonExecutive Chef and Owner, Alan Jackson is what makes Lemonade so special. His personal involvement in every aspect of the menu affirms the authenticity of each dish. At the age of 24, Alan had already successfully opened his first restaurant, Jackson's, followed a year later by Jackson's Farm. Both restaurants earned Alan his colleagues' respect along with widespread media coverage in respected publications such as Gourmet, LA magazine, Buzz, and The New York Times. Alan's dedicated involvement in these fine eateries, from the menu design to the furnishing styles, has made him increasingly aware of the rewards of approaching dining as a complete experience.

The move to catering was a natural next step; Jackson Catering offered Alan a steady flow of new opportunities to develop and expand his creativity. A success from the outset, it has been a rewarding journey, attracting clients such as the Screen Actor's Guild Awards, Christie's Auction House, Directors Guild of America, Museum of Television & Radio, Louise Vuitton, J. Ben Bourgeois Production, and the TV Land Award show.

Lemonade allows Alan to reach a wider audience, an opportunity that offers new and refreshing menu items to the public. A delicious and healthy change of pace, Lemonade marries quality and convenience beautifully.

Alan also owns and runs his downtown eatery, El Coche. serving fresh tacos from a “Make shift” lunch truck at City National Plaza.
